By using this website or the TruthOak product, you agree to these terms. If you are using TruthOak for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
TruthOak reads publicly available information about your website and how AI assistants describe your brand, and returns audits, fixes, and analytics. We label every metric by how it was produced, and we do not guarantee a specific placement in any AI answer. Outcomes depend on your site, your market, and how the assistants change over time.
Acceptable use
You agree to scan only websites you own or are authorised to act for, and not to use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in USD. Each paid plan starts with a free trial, and no card is charged until the trial ends. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, and changes take effect as described at checkout.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the product.
